“Very professional and fast to translate from English to Spanish. Able to understand my company context to provide me with accurate translations for both website and marketing documents. I’ll work with Mariel again when needed!”Benjamin Crevant
“Mariel was recommended to us (three Canadians sharing an apartment) by the rental property manager in Buenos Aires. It was fortunate for us! Our abilities ranged from “beginning beginner” to intermediate. Mariel was able to tailor our two hour lessons to our different needs. She also modified her approach based on our daily experiences. She used a variety of techniques to introduce and reinforce. We were never embarrassed but were definitely called on to respond. She also left resources for us to use between classes and introduced on-line resources as well. Her fee was reasonable and her schedule flexible when needed. We would definitely work with her again.”Ken Haycock
“I went to Buenos Aires for a three days conference, but I stayed there a couple of weeks. Prior to my trip I searched for tour guide and I found Mariel on the net introducing herself as a tour guide. I hired her, and she took me to many places from the city of Buenos Aires. Mariel has been very professional the whole time. I met her every morning in my hotel and she showed me the city. She also helped me as an interpreter to communicate with locals whenever I had to do some shopping. I wanted to know some regional places and she managed to take me on a tour to San Antonio de Areco. She has been with me translating the local tour guides and helped me to communicate with other local people. I highly recommend her as a tour guide and interpreter.”Fahad Alhomoudi
“Mariel is extremely personable and has a wealth of knowledge about her home town. She couldn’t have been more helpful in sharing the history of the city and and the providing some wonderful insights. She always provided great activities and I’d happily recommend her to travellers looking for to explore the city.”Dekan Apajee
